Diskpart list volume select volume 1 format fs=ntfs quick label=test
Note: In the third step, select the command from volume 1 because the window operating system is installed on volume 1. If the window is mounted on another volume, select only that volume.
3. Type exit and press Enter to exit the Command Prompt window.
4. Simply restart your computer
5. Now try installing Windows again.
Solution 4: Check the hard drive cables
Sometimes the error stating “The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error loop” occurs due to a bad connection through the hard drive cables. Check the cable that connects the hard drive to the motherboard and try to repair it again. It solved the problem in most cases like this.
