Cortana, as the name suggests, has several powerful features that have made processing easier with Windows 10. It helps you search for anything on the web so easily and also provides you with timely information. In fact, it's a Microsoft personal assistant. Once you dig into Cortana, there are plenty of other hidden features that make it great. There are easier ways to send mail and set up the rest with Cortana. It guides you with current times and weather conditions and allows you to get data based on your region. There are some applications on your system for which Cortana is calling you by name. Although you can legally change your name, for a bit of fun, you will want your personal computer to call you a different name. Cortana does just that. You can change your name in it and, from that moment, on occasions when it is necessary to contact you, it will call you by the name you have set. If you want to use Cortana, you need to make sure your region supports it. Otherwise, you can change your region to one that supports it in the Time and Language options in the Settings menu.

How to change the name that Cortana calls you
Step 1:
Navigate to the Start icon on the taskbar which exists in the lower left corner of the desktop. You find it next to him Ask me anything. Click on it. Note that if you see Search the web and Windows or Search for windows next to it, your region doesn't support some Cortana features.
Step 2:
On the far left you will find four icons from top to bottom. Click the notebook icon just below the icon indicating the home page.
Step 3:
By clicking on it, you will find on the right a list of options like Settings, Food and Drink, About me, etc. Click on the first option, About me.
Step 4:
When you do, the following tab appears. At the top, you will find an option called Change my name. Click on it.
Step 5:
It will ask you for the name you would like to call for yourself. Write the name you want in the notice box below.
Step 6:
Click on the Enter option. Now you have the option to hear how it is pronounced by clicking Listen as I will say it.
Step 7:
If you feel satisfied, click on the Sound good option and from now on it will call you by name.
