Why
The error is due to a problem with the usbhub.sys, winusb.sys or usbport.sys driver file. Basically, it indicates a problem with the USB drivers or the hardware itself.

Solution 1] Update the drivers
In case the drivers have been damaged, it would be difficult to reinstall them from the manufacturer's website, but if they are simply not up to date, we may update them.
1] Press Win + R to open the Run window and type the command devmgmt.msc. Press Enter to open the file Device administrator.
2] Find the file Universal bus controller drivers. Right click and update them.
Solution 2] Uninstall any internal applications that may be causing a conflict.
Some internal applications and services such as VMWare, Virtual Box, Hyper-V Virtualization may cause a conflict. Here's how we uninstall internal applications:
1] Search Enable or disable Windows features in the Windows search bar and open the option.
2] In the list of internal applications, locate Hyper-V and uncheck the checkbox next to it. Click OK to save the changes.
Solution 3] Adjust the power settings
1] Press Win + R to open the Run window and type the command powercfg.cpl. Press Enter to open the Power Settings window.
2] Click Change your plan settings option corresponding to your current power plan.
3] Click Change the advanced power settings.
4] Expand USB settings and Selective USB suspend.
5] Change the setting to Disabled for both all the plans mentioned.
6] Click To apply and so ok to save the settings.
Solution 4] Run the CHKDSK scan
