
Many users reported this error too late while trying to download or play iTunes content which says, iTunes Store Error Code 0x80092013, There was a problem downloading. This error appears to appear only on the Windows platform and can occur for various reasons.
The error may appear because the date and time are not set correctly, you may be using an outdated version of iTunes, or it may be your firewall settings blocking iTunes downloads. Method 1: via internet properties
Step 1: press the Windows + R keys together on the keyboard to open the Run command. Then write inetcpl.cpl in the search field and press Log in.
Step 2: A Internet property window, click Connections tab and click LAN settings.
Step 3: A LAN settings window, go to proxy server section, uncheck the box next to Use a proxy server for your LAN.
Click ok to save changes and exit.
Now try to open the download and play the files in the iTunes library, it should work fine. If not, try the second method.
Method 2: via the settings app
Step 1: Click on Home on the desktop and click settings in the context menu, located above the file energia option.
Step 2: A settings window, click Time and language.
Step 3: In the next window, under the file Date and time section, check if the Current date and time it's right.
If not, go to Synchronize your watch section and click Syncronizza prays.
Step 4: You can also disable the file Automatically set the time zone option and set the Time zone by hand.
You should now be able to download and play files from iTunes. If the problem persists, try the third method.
Method 3: via the control panel
Step 1: press the Windows + R keys together on the keyboard, type control firewall.cpl and hit Log in.
Step 2: A Finestra Windows Defender Firewall click your Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall.
Step 3: Then click Change settings button.
Step 4: Now scroll down and click Allow another app.
Step 5: A Add an app window, click Look.
Step 6: Then follow the path below to reach the iTunes binder:
- Click on Unit C link on the left.
- Leave Program file.
- Please select iTunes.
Step 6: Now click on the file Inserisci button.
Step 7: Bottom Allowed apps and functions, make sure the boxes next to iTunes they are checked for both Public Y Private.
That's all. You should no longer have trouble downloading or playing content from your iTunes library.
