Many users are confused that when they try to download something from the Microsoft Store, the download speed from the Microsoft Store seems too slow on a Windows 10 PC. But, when they try to buffer something on YouTube, Netflix or download files from anywhere else, it looks pretty fast and makes you believe that something is really wrong in the Microsoft Store. 1. close settings in the Windows 10 search box.
2. Click the search result.
3. Click Update and security.
4. Click Delivery optimization in the menu on the left.
5. Click Advanced options.
6. Check the option Limit the amount of bandwidth used to download updates in the background and move the cursor to 100%.
Now try to download something from the Microsft store again. If that doesn't work, move on to the next method.

Try downloading something from the Microsft Store again.
Solution 3: Re-register the Microsoft Store app

2. Click wsreset to restore the Microsoft Store.
3. Wait a moment for the Windows Store to restart completely. Now try again.
Solution 5: Sign out and sign back into Microsoft Store
1. Open Microsoft Store.
2. Now, sign out by clicking on your profile icon and finally clicking Sign Out.
3. Log in again.
Fix 6- Disable any antivirus you are using on your PC
