If you use MS Word for writing your official documents or for your writing assignments, you should align your paragraphs to make your document or writing look more professional. Therefore, you use the Paragraph option located on the Home tab in Word to arrange paragraphs neatly using bulleted lists, numbering, alignment, indentation, line and spacing, shading, borders, sorting, show / hide and justify.
Using the To justify the option would ensure that the spaces between words are adjusted, therefore, aligning the text relative to a column. All you have to do is select the desired paragraph and click To justify button and that's it. But what if, you're trying to justify a few paragraphs of your documentary, it doesn't work. How To Fix Text / Paragraph Justification Not Working Problem In MS Word Using Find Option
Step 1: Open the file MS Word document, select the file Paragraph you want to justify, then click Find in the upper right corner of the document and select Advanced Search.
Step 2: In Advanced Search prompt, click the file Replace Tab. Nel Find box, enter ^ p and click Replace everything.
*Note - Press the Shift key + the number 6 take the ^ symbol. Even the Replace it with the field should be blank.
Step 3:In the next request. Click on No.
Step 4: Click on Close button.
Now, correct any space errors in the document and that's it.
