Fix Windows 10 Taskbar Not Hidden [Solved]

Sometimes when you are watching a video or playing in full screen mode, but the taskbar does not hide what you are doing. This problem is common in Windows and many users face it but don't know how to get rid of it. Solution 1: Adjust the taskbar settings

You can hide the taskbar in desktop mode by changing the taskbar settings. It will automatically hide the taskbar when in desktop mode and reappear when you move the mouse down.

STEP 1 - Right-click on the file Application bar and choose Taskbar settings.

STEP 1 - Press Ctrl, Maiusc and Esc at the same time. The Windows task manager will open.

STEP 2: Scroll down Background Processes and locate Windows Explorer process (if you have an Explorer window open, it will appear at the top). Select it and click Restart button.

Restart the Windows Explorer processes and it will fix the taskbar without hiding the problem.

Solution 3: search trick

This is not a method, but a trick that works for many people. This trick is worth trying because it's so simple and easy.

When the taskbar doesn't disappear, click Fence / Cortana and without searching for anything, click again anywhere on the screen (except the taskbar and start menu). The taskbar will now be hidden if it is in full screen mode.
