Step 3: A Sound dialog box that opens below the file Playback tab, select the device you are testing audio with and click Property towards the bottom of the page.
Step 4: So in Property dialog box, select the file Advanced language. Now go to Default format section and try to change audio formats e Test every time to check if it works.
If that doesn't work, click Reset to default values towards the bottom of the dialog box (if available / if not disabled).
