Fixed wireless mouse not working on Windows 10 [Solved]

Sometimes working with the Windows operating system can be problematic when the wireless mouse you recently purchased is not working properly. It may move erratically, may not be detected by the operating system, or even stop working after some time.

Method 1: Disabling the Quick Start Option

The quick launch option appears to be a significant reason the wireless mouse is not working on your system. You could try disabling it and then check again if the problem persists or not.

Method 3: check hardware, devices and wireless connections

1. Try plugging the mouse USB receiver into another port on your laptop or PC. On a desktop, try plugging them into the ports that are behind the system as they usually have more power than the rest of the ports.
2. Try replacing the batteries of the wireless mouse and also check that you have inserted compatible batteries as well.
3. Make sure the connection is made correctly. Disconnect the receiver from the USB port and wait 10 seconds before reconnecting it to the system.
