According to what is described in several reports, for a period of time on the official website of GameStop some users have got to see, unintentionally, i sensitive data of other customers when updating the order pages. One user reported this issue with a Reddit post that reads as follows:
Every time i refresh the website, i can see someone else’s name, phone number, address, order history… it’s like a cycle of 4 or 5 people. This is very worrisome, cant even change password because of this glitch. from GameStop
Every time I update the website, I can see someone else's name, phone number, address, order history…it's like a cycle of 4 or 5 people. This is very worrying, I can't even change the password due to this glitch.
After this report, other users in turn tried to visit the page, noting that the problem in question was real:
Oh god, I tried it and it's doing it for me too. Addresses, birthdays, emails, etc… this is really bad.
One Twitter user claimed to have been able to see multiple different accounts updating your page on Saturday:
GameStop website was tripping out and kept hopping me between a couple dozen different profiles. The name at the top of the screen kept changing, the items in the cart, and the Pro Rewards points. Thought I was being hella hacked but the GS app seems to be stable

The GameStop website was freaking out and kept showing me different profiles. The name at the top of the screen kept changing, the items in the cart and the Pro Rewards points. I thought I was hacked, but the GS app seems to be stable.
Despite the gravity of the matter, GameStop has yet to release any official statement about. Should there be updates we will update you promptly.
