Step 1: Open settings In Windows 10, click on the Start menu and click on the gear icon.

Step 5: Make sure Bluetooth is also turned on on your phone. Leave Bluetooth settings on the phone and click add a device.
Click on the desktop to pair it with the phone via Bluetooth to the PC.
Step 6: Now go to again settings panel and choose Accounts.
Step 7: Now click on access options from the left.
Step 8: Now select the checkbox that says dynamic lock right as shown.
