
Add a word to the dictionary in Word 16: - There are several words we use in Microsoft Word when writing that are not available in the dictionary. These words can be your name, a place in your address, or even words in your native language. A red line is used to indicate these words. It's okay to have these lines under the misspelled words, but you don't want them to appear every time you use your name or some other frequent word. This post presents two ways to add such words to the dictionary.

You can use this method if you are in a hurry to write. Here I used my name in a sentence and you can find the red lines.
- You can add the word to the dictionary on the go. The right mouse button in the word after writing.
A set of options is displayed. Click on add to dictionary.
The red lines will disappear!%
