If you are an avid gamer, checking the use of FPS, GPU and CPU in games is quite common. It could be because you simply want to know the impact of games on your computer's performance or it could be for troubleshooting purposes. However, if you want your system to perform at its best, it's always good to be informed with real-time stats.
In this post, we'll show you how to add your FPS, GPU, and CPU usage in games so that metrics are displayed on the screen while the game is running. Let's see how.
Solution: Download MSI Afterburner
Step 1: Open your browser and visit the download link below Download MSI Afterburner 4.6.3 beta 2 (a graphics card utility):

Step 2: On the download page, scroll down and click the download link to download the utility.
Step 3: Now, extract the zip file to open the setup wizard. Click The next and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

Step 5: A Choose the components window below Select the components you want to install, select both components - Postbruciatore MSI e RivaTuner Statistics Server.
Click The next Keep it going. Then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Step 6: Once installed, run the utility. Now, click on the file Gear (under Fan Speed) to open the file Properties of the MSI afterburner window.
Step 7: A Property select the window Supervision tab, go to Active hardware monitoring graphs section and below the file Graphics column, select what you want to view.
For example, since we want to see GPU usage on the screen, select Using the GPU and go to Properties of the GPU usage graph below and check the box next to Show on screen.
Step 8: Click on To apply To finish or if you want to customize a little more, you can go to Graphic limits section below and check the box next to Replace the group name.
For example, let's let the name stay as it is, you can change it to whatever you choose or leave it that way.
Step 9: press the To apply or for more customizations, you can go to On the screen language.
Under the Global screen view hotkeys, go to Toggle the screen display on / off field. You can configure any hotkey Modify, Ctrl, then Other key.
For example, we configure it as Ctrl + O. You can set it up for anything else.
Step 10: Hit To apply to finish or click More for further customizations.
Step 11: Open the Riva Tuner Statistics Server where you can change the file Zoom the on-screen display, Shadow of the screen and more.
Once done, you can go back to the game and there you will see the FPS, GPU and CPU usage displayed on the game screen.
