
Onedrive allows you to automatically save screenshots by simply pressing the Print Screen key. Now, if you have synced the picture folders on your PC with OneDrive, they will automatically be saved in the cloud on OneDrive.live.com. If you haven't set up OneDrive, do a quick Oneedrive install on your computer. Once you have completed installing a drive on your PC, follow the steps below to enable it automatically save screenshots on oneedrive.
How to automatically save screenshots on OneDrive using Printscreen
Step 1 - right-click a drive icon in the system tray (far left) and click settings.
Step 2 - Once click on Settings. click on the second tab Automatically save. In this tab area, check the box that says Automatically save screenshots I take to OneDrive.
Now every time I press Print screen to take a screenshot for the entire window, or Alt + Print Screen For the current window, the screenshots will automatically be saved in the OneDrive folder and will sync with OneDrive.live.com if they sync. The location of the screenshot on your PC is:

You can also access OneDrive via File Explorer in the right menu, or by browsing the desktop or clicking the OneDrive icon on the taskbar.
The green check mark icon appears, the screenshot image has been synced to onedrivelive.com and saved to the cloud. The blue update icon shows that the synchronization is in progress.
Now go to https://onedrive.live.com and you will see that your screenshots are there in addition to your PC.
