Solution: via Internet options

Step 1: Click Start on the desktop and type Control Panel in the search box. Click on the result.

Step 5: Now in Talk to field below add proxy - 127.0.0.1 and set the Port field to 80. Then click Plastic button next to it.

Step 6: A Proxy settings window that appears, go to Exceptions section and below Do not use a proxy server for addresses starting with, add the websites you want to access. For example, here we add YouTube and Google so that you can only access these websites. Then type www.youtube.com and also youtube.com (without www) to make it work. Similarly, type www.Google.com and also Google.com ((without www). Which means you need to add the websites in both versions for this to work.


Also, separate web addresses with semicolons.

Click ok to save and exit.
