How to change the start menu and taskbar color in Windows 10
Step 1 - Right click on the desktop anywhere. A menu will appear and in that menu click Customize.
You can also go to the personalization settings by pressing key Windows + r together to achieve settingsand then clicking on personalization.
Step 2 - Now once you have arrived at the customization, choose the colors from the menu on the left.
Now, click on any of the colored tiles here for choose your accent color.
3 pass - Now, turn on the option that says displays color at startup, in the taskbar and in the activity center.

Final report: - You can also activate the settings by saying I automatically choose an accent color for my background. Enabling this setting allows windows to randomly select an accent color throughout.
Now this color scheme will be visible everywhere, including the start menu, the taskbar and the activity center. To switch to a different color, simply go to Customize to choose a color.
