Problems logging in from the same account can create problems in the case of a shared computer (that is, it may be shared by your family and others who work with you). You may want to have a separate login for each of that computer's existing users. This will maintain your privacy and store your files in the required form of your account. You can set your own icons on the desktop and thus you won't have to worry about lost files. You can create separate user accounts (adult and child) in Windows 10. If you want to restrict your children to certain websites only, you can create a child account. So you can also check the websites opened by your children.

If you want to create an account for your family member, you can continue by clicking on "Add an option for a family member". Otherwise, you can select "Add someone else to this PC“If you want to allow other people besides your family to log in with different accounts. Suppose we want to create a family account. Then click Add a family member.
Continue by entering the Microsoft email account of the person you want to add. If you don't have one, you will need to register.
After confirming the user, an email will be sent to that user asking them to sign in to Microsoft. They can accept the request by clicking on the "Sign up and join"Button.
If you want this user to give you access to create accounts and change settings on the computer, you can do so by following these steps:
1.) Search for user accounts in the search box on the taskbar.
2.) In All Control Panel Items, you will find User Accounts. Click on that.
3.) Continue by clicking Manage another account.
4.) Choose the user you want to edit. Select the added user from the list under this heading.
5.) Find "Change account type". Click it.
6.) Now two options will appear: Standard and Administrator. mark the CEO option to ensure that the selected user can access all files stored on the PC and can edit them. Click on "Change account type"Button.
Add child account
You can create a child account when you want to restrict your children to certain content on the Internet. This ensures their safety when they have their own accounts and adults can check the websites, games, etc. that your children take into consideration. They can also limit the child's sitting at the computer by changing the viewing time. You can block certain websites that you think are over a certain age limit. You can choose which games or apps your child can play and check which ones are above a certain age group and are not safe for your child.
You can follow a similar procedure to the one described above, but select Add a child. Then enter the child's email address in Microsoft. Confirm it. An email will be sent to your child. Get it accepted and then log in.
