Displaying a custom alert on the login or lock screen provides an easy way to alert users that they will use the important alert system. You can also view your contact details so that if you hastily leave your laptop somewhere, people can return it by viewing your contact details on the lock screen (of course, your system will be locked). You can also display a funny or funny message on the login screen to give your device a more personalized look. Very few people know that this is very easy and safe to do. Below is an example message that I displayed on my PC using this trick. You can view any message or your contact details by following the steps below.
Step 1 - Press Windows key + r to open the Run box and enter regedit In that. Hit enter.
Step 2 - The registry editor will open. Now, in the registry editor, find the location shown below in the menu on the left side of the editor.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Microsoft -> Windows -> Current Version -> Policy -> System.

These are the two things related to the header and the content of the warning message.
Now, double click both items and enter the desired texts in the value data as below screenshot shown.
Final report: legal warning is the header of the message you want to view e legal warning is the actual body of the message.
Once you have entered the warnings you want in both entries, click OK.
4 pass - Finally, restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
Note: If you want to remove the warning message, find the same path, delete the messages and restart the system.
