Solution: via the registry editor
Step 1: press the Windows + R keys together on the keyboard to open the file run I send. Now Write regedit in the search field and press ok to open the file Registry Editor Window.
Step 2: A Registry Editor window, go to the following path:

Now on the right side of the panel, right click on an empty area, select New in the context menu and click Valore DWORD (32 bit).
Step 3: Name the new value EnableFrameServerMode.
Step 4: Double click to open the value. TO Edit DWORD (32-bit) value dialog box, select the file Valuable data field. It should be configured on 0. Press ok leave.
That's all. Your problem should now be solved and you will now be able to use the Facebook Messenger camera.
