1. Undo recent changes
If you have recently made changes to a Windows file or installed software or applications on your computer, remove that application. Revert all recent changes made and restart your computer. 2. Reinstall the graphics card driver
Since the most common cause behind this error is graphics card driver problems, we will try reinstalling the drivers to see if that fixes the problem.
Step 1. Right-click the Windows logo or Start Menu button and select Device Administrator.
Step 2. Click on Display adapters to expand it and right-click on the graphics card name. Please select Uninstall device.

4. Run System File Checker
In this method, we will use the System File Checker tool to scan and fix the error.
Step 1. Go Cortana and type cmd. In the results, right-click cmd and select Run as administrator.
Step 2. Type the following and press Pay.
Chkdsk / f / r
Step 3. On your keyboard, press Y.
Step 4. Restart your computer. The scan will start, let it finish.

5. Uninstall antivirus (third party)
