Solution: Install Hello.inf.
Step 1: press the Windows key + E together on the keyboard to open the file Browser in files. Now click What PC left shortcut and double-click Unit C on the right.
Step 2: Now go to the location step by step as shown below to find the file hello face installation folder:

Step 3: Then right click on hello face installation file with the extension Gear and click Property.
Step 4: A HelloFace property window under the general tab, check the file File type section. Make sure the file type is . Inf.
Click ok leave.
Step 5: Now, right-click on hello face setup file again and click Install on pc in the context menu.
Click Yup on the indicator and let it install. Once completed, you can restart your computer and you will never see the error again.
