Solution 1: Change the duplex settings
Windows uses a complex system known as Duplex, which manages network communication addresses. The duplex settings are automatically set to their default values, which Windows determines for the best performance. Many users reported that the duplex setting was causing the Network Cable Unplugged error and they fixed it by changing their settings. Follow the steps to do this.
Step 1. Right-click the Start menu button and select Device administrator.
Step 2. In Device Manager, find the Ethernet adapter. You will find it below Network adapters (click on network adapters to expand).
Right-click on the Ethernet adapter you are using and select Property.
Step 3. To go Advanced tab and locate Speed and duplex under Properties. Click on it to select it.
4 Phase. Now change its value to Half duplex da 100 Mbps. Click on ok.
Step 5. Restart your computer.
Note if that doesn't help. Just change the value to Full duplex at 10 Mbps and double check to see if it works.

Provision 2 - Disable the Ethernet connection and perform a hard reset
If the previous two methods did not solve the problem, you should try performing a hard reset after disabling the Ethernet connection. Step 9. Right click on the Ethernet connection and select Enable.
Step 10. Plug the Ethernet cable back into its slot.

Correction 3 - Uninstall the Ethernet adapter drivers
Another reason for the error could be faulty driver. This may have happened because Windows automatically updates the drivers via Windows Update and may have installed the wrong or damaged drivers. So, in this method, we will uninstall the Ethernet adapter drivers so that we can restore the default drivers. Follow the steps to perform this method.

Step 2. Expand Network adapters and right-click on your file Ethernet adapter. Please select Uninstall device.
Step 3. When prompted for confirmation, check the box next to Delete the driver software for this device and click Uninstall.

Provision 4 - Update the drivers of the Ethernet adapter
If rolling back the drivers didn't help, the drivers were probably out of date on your computer. Updating the drivers should fix the problem. Follow the steps to perform this method.
Step 1. Right-click the Start menu button and select Device administrator.
Step 2. Expand Network adapters and right-click on your file Ethernet adapter. Please select Update Driver.
Step 3. Click on Automatically searches for updated driver software.
