How to allow remote assistance on your computer
Before using Remote Support you have to allow it on your PC first, otherwise it will show a message saying “This computer is not configured to send invitations AND will ask you to fix it. It is best to configure remote assistance first to avoid this message.
Step 1 - Go to the control panel and search at a distance in the search box.
Step 2 - Now click Allow remote access to your computer as shown above.
3 pass - Check the box where it is written Allow remote assistance to your computer
That is. You have just enabled remote assistance on your computer.
How to send an invitation in the Windows 10 Remote Assistance program
Step 1 - Press key Windows + r open the run.
Step 2 - Now Write msra on it and hit enter.
3 pass - Click on the first option that says, invite someone you trust to help you.
4 pass -On the next screen, there are two options visible namely
- save this invitation as a file
- Usa Easy Connect
Method 1: use the file method
click on save this invitation as a file
5 pass - Save this file anywhere on your PC.
6 pass - Now send this file as an attachment by email or any other means to your friend. When you click on it, it will continue on Windows 10 to connect to your PC.
Method 2: Use the Easy Connect method
5 pass - Click on the Easy Connect option
6 pass - Now, the next window will show you the password you can give your partner to connect to your PC
Tell your partner to choose the easy connection option as you choose to help someone while using the remote assistance program.
How your friend will accept the invitation to help someone from a distance
Step 1 - Download the attachment sent by your friend to your PC.
Step 2 - Now open this attachment.
3 pass - Now, on the next screen, click on use an invitation file.
4 pass - Now, find the downloaded attachment and connect to your friend's PC.
Note that in case you want to use Easy Connect, click Use Easy Connect and then enter the password your friend gave you.
