1 STEP
First of all, launch pad. For this, press WIN + R keys together to open the file Run dialog box, type pad and press the Enter key. Alternatively, you can start it by searching for it in the file Windows Search.
2 STEP
When the pad open, copy and paste the following code.

Hit the archive tab and then on Save eat option. Save the file in .vbs Format. I saved the file as merabheja.vbs as shown in the screenshot below.

Go to the location where you saved the file and double click to open it.

Here it is. Now you can type the text you want to convert to speech in the input box. Paste all right when you have finished. You can now listen to your computer as it reads the text you entered.
