The taskbar is an important navigation area in an operating system. How to choose and place icons on the taskbar
Step 1 - Press key Windows + i to access the system dashboard.
Step 2 - Click Notifications & Actions in the left menu and right click Turn system icons on or off.

Note that if it is not visible on the horizontal taskbar, it is still present on the taskbar and can only be accessed by clicking the vertical arrow key on the taskbar.
