
Whenever you go to the Properties window for a file or folder, the dialog displays several tabs, one of which is the Security tab. The Security tab in File Explorer Properties allows you to set various permissions for various users and groups for a specific file or folder.
However, sometimes the Security tab is not present in the Properties window and you may want to add it. Alternatively, you may also want to remove the Security tab for some reason. So, if you want to add / remove File Scan Security tab in Windows 10, you can do it using the method below.

Solution: Using the registry editor
Before proceeding with changes to the registry editor, be sure to create a backup of all registry data so that the lost data can be recovered later.
Step 1: press the Vinci + R keys together on the keyboard to open the Run command.

Step 3: In Registry Editor window, go to the following path:

Now go to the right side of the panel and right click on an empty area. Please select New from the menu and then select Valore DWORD (32 bit) in the submenu to create a new one Valore DWORD.

Step 4: Rename the new one Valore DWORD What No Security tab.

to press all right to save changes and exit.
This will remove the Safety card of File Explorer Properties window, but if you want to add the Safety tab, set the Value to 0 or just delete the Valore DWORD - No Security tab.
Now restart your PC for the changes to take effect.
