Step 1:
Click on the Windows search bar and type "mouse". Click on the first option provided to open the “device” settings in the Windows “Settings” application.

In the "Mouse and Touchpad" section, click "Additional Mouse Options". This will open the “Mouse Properties” window.
Step 3:
In the "Buttons" section, select the "Enable ClickLock" checkbox.
Step 4:
Click "Settings" if you want to adjust the time it takes to hold down the mouse button or trackball before the click freezes. Move the slider to “short” if you need less time to block or “long” if you need more time to block.
Step 5:
After these steps, click "OK" to apply the changes.
