Microsoft Excel is an application that most of us prefer to use when managing data and when we need to save important data for important tasks or for future use. However, just like any other application or program, Excel also has its own set of problems.
Many times, you may receive an Excel sheet by email from someone or download a spreadsheet from some website and when you try to open the Excel sheet, you get an error message "Microsoft Excel cannot open or save multiple documents because there is not enough memory".
Apparently the problem is not related to system memory at all. It is mainly a security warning related to the specific file, which prevents you from opening the Excel file for some reason. These warnings may be specific to files downloaded from the web, but may not be the same for all files.
So how do we solve this problem? Let's see how.
Method 1: via properties
Step 1: Go to the desktop and right-click on the file Stand out file (which gives the error on opening) and select Property in the context menu.
Step 2: A Property window under the general tab, go directly to the bottom, to the file Safety section. Check the box next to Chiaro.
print To apply and so ok to save changes and exit.
And this is. Now you can try to open the Excel file and it should open without errors. However, if that doesn't work, try the second method.
Method 2: via File Explorer
Step 1: press the Windows + E keys together on the keyboard to open the file Browser in files. Click on What PC link on the left side of the window and on the right side click to open the file C to drive.
Step 2: Now follow the path as shown below to reach the Temperature binder:
- Leave users
- Go to yours Username
- Click to open Application data
- Leave Local
- Click to open the file Temperature binder
Step 3: Now press the button Ctrl + A keys together on the keyboard to select all temporary files in the folder and press To remove.
* Note - If you don't see the Application data folder, then go to View tab at the top of the folder. Click on Show hide option and check the box next to Hidden elements.
This will make hidden files and folders visible.
That's all. Now, try opening the Excel file and it should open smoothly and without errors.
