Overwatch 2: Blizzard gives away content to remedy launch problems

Author and references

Overwatch 2 has been released for more than a week now but the discontent due to the various problems presented by the game after its release continues to be common. It is not uncommon for a title at launch to present problems but it is always difficult for such a thing to be forgiven by the public; Blizzardaware of this, she decided to try to rehabilitate herself in the eyes of disappointed fans by giving away some in-game content. This is the Cursed Captain Skin per Reaper and the weapon pendant Health Pack, also announcing on the profile Twitter of the game a experience bonus for next weekend.
This is a small consolation for players who at the moment seem far from happy with the final rendering of the shooter published by the US company. On Metacritic Overwatch 2 has indeed received one of the User Score lowest ever for a triple A, players seem disappointed more by the excessive similarity with the previous title rather than by the actual problems encountered so far.

At the moment the new free-to-play Blizzard therefore seems far from defensible but, remembering its early release, it is perhaps only a matter of time before it turns out to be a title worthy of its predecessor. We just have to wait to see if Overwatch 2 will confirm the doubts of the users or slowly will have the opportunity to turn into the masterpiece so much hoped for by the public.
