Pokémon Legends: Arceus, revealed the contents of the new free DLC

Author and references

During the Pokemon Presents held on the day of February 27 2021 a Free DLC di Pokémon Legends: Arceus titled Hisui's New Dawn.

The one presented will not be limited to being a simple DLC, but will be a substantial update of the Game Freak title. That update will introduce some new battles at the training ground, along with some real investigations related to a phenomenon that will cause massive appearances of new Pokémon in the region.

Some of these Pokémon, visible in the presentation trailer released during Pokémon Presents, are Hisui's Zorua and Hisui's Electrode. Also seen is Munchlax, hitherto very rare to encounter on the Obsidian Rift. The completely free update is available right now, as he was released at the end of the live broadcast.

This is just one of the many announcements that marked the end of the Pokémon 26th anniversary celebrations. In addition to the update of Pokémon Legends: Arceus (which may, in any case, not be the DLC rumored so far), an important news has been announced on Pokémon GO: the arrival of Alola. Generation VII Pokémon will soon be available in the wild in the mobile app.

Also, the most important announcement that was released during this Pokémon Presents is the one regarding it Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, the new pair of ninth generation titles that will see the light at the end of 2022. It is a new region, probably inspired by Spain, which takes full advantage of the gameplay experience of Pokémon Legends: Arceus, being a openworld, and improves it by showing a visibly superior technical sector (we are not yet able to say how much).

Finally, also in the course of 2022 a TV series set in Hisui will be released, with one unedited story, new characters and scenarios that have never been seen before in the various Pokémon regions, as it will be a rural and not yet civilized world.
