Redfall is back to being talked about after an unfortunate postponement, with the new one Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase, in the course of which it also included some news about it, since the Bethesda game was in fact the protagonist of a video gameplay presentation that showed the protagonists to the events against vampires.
Fortunately, the release is approaching, although what we do know is that the game will take a little longer. Redfall is a first person shooter title, developed by Arkane Studios for the publisher Bethesda Softworks and as far as we know, it will make its appearance on the market starting from the beginning of 2023.
In the game we will be called to play a vampire hunter, chosen on the basis of four heroes, each with its own peculiarities and unique abilities, aimed at the hunt for the progeny of hell. All in a first-person shot and an almost unlimited arsenal of weapons, seasoned with a multiplayer sauce that never hurts.
The premise of the game leads us to precisely Redfall, a town on an island in the state of Massachusetts that failed after a scientific experiment, finds himself with a legion of vampires who have invaded and isolated the city from the outside world. Trapped within the town, players must choose from four unique survivors - the crypto zoologist and inventor David Crousley, the telekinetic student Layla Ellison, the combat engineer Remi of the Rose and the supernatural sniper Jacob Boyer - and kill their enemies, vampires. However, there will also be other survivors of this experiment who will be human and will give just as much trouble to our heroes.
The title was presented for the first time on the stage of E3 2021 by Bethesda but after several evaluations they considered it appropriate to strengthen the technical sector of the game and present 2023 as a launch window.
