Methods to fix "This program has been blocked for your protection"
The following solutions will help you to fix “This program has been blocked for your protection” in Windows 10:

Method 1:
This method is divided into several steps. Are:
Step 1:
Open the "Settings" application. You can open this application simply by pressing the “Windows + I” key.
Alternatively, you can type “Settings” in the search bar next to the Start menu. Click on the first option provided.
Step 2:
Click on "Network and Internet" settings.
Note: This setting provides options to configure multiple settings such as Wi-Fi, Airplane Mode, Remote Connection, VPN, Ethernet, Data Usage, and Proxy Settings.
Step 3:
Click on the "Wi-Fi" setting provided in the left submenu settings, if you are connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi

Click "Internet Options" if you are connected via an Ethernet cable.
Note: You can click on the “Ethernet” setting if you are connected to the Internet via Ethernet. Similarly, you can click on “Internet Options” in Ethernet Settings.
In the "Advanced" section, scroll down to view the "security" settings. Deselect the three boxes as shown in the image below and press the “OK” button to confirm the changes.
Note: Clearing these check boxes bypasses the checks that the system performs to verify the publisher's certificate, server certificate, and digital signatures.
Alternative method
Choose the "Security" tab, click "Custom Level".
Note: The custom level allows the user to change the security settings while accessing the Internet. You can always press the “Reset” button to avoid any changes made to these settings. Configure all default settings.
Step 5:
Scroll down to “Run unsafe (unsafe) files and applications”. Press the radio button on “Enable (unprotected)” and click “OK” to finish.

This method is again broken down into several steps. Are:

Repeat steps 1, 2 and 3 described in method 1.
Step 2:
In the "Content" section, click "Publishers".
Note: Programs downloaded from the Internet have certificates installed with them for security reasons. If your program does not have a certificate, it is considered insecure and blocked for your safety.
Step 3:
In the “Untrusted Publishers” section, click the filename displayed in the box below.
Click "Remove" to remove the file from this list.
Step 4:
Now, click on the “Trusted Publishers” section and click “Import” to import the file into the “Trusted Publishers” list.
Step 5:
The previous step will start a certificate import wizard process. Click "Next" to continue.
Step 6:
You can select the file name by clicking “Browse” and specifying the path where the file is saved. Click "Next" to allow the file to be listed under "Trusted Publishers".
