Return to Monkey Island: new official screenshots arrive

Author and references

Return to Monkey Island continues to be talked about thanks to new screenshots, which were officially released today on the pages of The Verge.

We are talking about new settings and photos that allow you to take a deeper look at the experience, which seems ready to present itself with a decidedly avant-garde graphic sector, ready to carry on the historical saga that has shaped the world of video games.

The settings shown, as well as some characters, are particularly suggestive and despite many details and high-level graphics, they have the opportunity to remember what they saw with the original chapters, for sure you can still recover thanks to the various remastered versions before putting your hand on this direct sequel.

You can see the new official Return to Monkey Island screenshots shown by The Verge below.

Return to Monkey Island

It hasn't been long since Return to Monkey Island was officially announced (find all the details here), with the original developer having the opportunity to put his hand to the saga after almost 20 years, having the opportunity to continue his story to make happy all the fans who have had the opportunity to live these magical point and click experiences.

Obviously, many will demand a lot from the experience in question, that despite the hand of the original author it will certainly have a lot to prove, since picking up such an important title may not be an easy task. All that remains is to find out in the course of 2022 what the contents will be treated, considering that the game should in fact come out over the next few months, although the developer has not yet had the opportunity to confirm any release date.

As for all the details about the game, we take the opportunity to refer you to our official page with all the updated information, you can access it through this link.
