The Intel (R) management engine interface driver has become a major cause of shutdown related issues on Windows laptops. Download the relevant Intel (R) Management Engine Interface Driver compatible with your laptop model.Also, you can visit the websites of different manufacturers and download the appropriate driver according to your laptop model.

Step 2: Now install the downloaded driver. Don't worry about uninstalling the Intel (R) Management Engine Interface Driver version 11 first, as the installation will interrupt the driver installation.
Step 3: Now, press Windows key + x and writes services.msc in the Run command box.
Step 4: Now once the service manager window opens, look for the Windows update entry. Double click on it and choose kind of start like Disabled.
Step 5: Now click on Stop.
