Sniper Elite 5 has a release date, and the developers have also announced what the pre-order bonuses will be. Rebellion has made it known that their new title will be available worldwide on Thursday 26 May 2022. Pre-orders have already started.
In addition to announcing the release date and the start of pre-orders for Sniper Elite 5, the developers have reminded that the title will be released simultaneously on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Series S and on PC via the Epic, Steam and Windows Store platforms. It will also be available from Day One on Xbox Game Pass.
The trailer announcing the release date of Sniper Elite 5 also shows some details on the plot which sees Karl Fairburne as protagonist again, who discovers a Nazi plot to change the fate of the Second World War. All under the code name "Kraken".
The protagonist will have to use all his skills to ensure that these plans are never realized, and to do so he will have to fight alone against Abelard Möller, and Obergruppenfuhrer dell'Asse.
