We all prefer the laptop or PC that gives us the optimum performance, both in terms of speed and fascinating features. Whenever we double-click on a folder or application, we expect it to open in milliseconds. No matter how fast your system is, there are always some folders that take a long time to come up with all their details. This gets a little annoying when you have to wait a long time for it to fully open. This isn't a big deal and can be easily fixed with a few simple tasks.
Now, before moving on to the troubleshooting steps, let me tell you why folders open slowly. There is a function called Automatic detection of the folder type Windows feature that places the corresponding files in the appropriate folders. This is not a new feature applicable only to the latest versions of Windows. It has been supported since the days of Windows Vista. Whenever we add a new file to Windows, it automatically detects its type. For example, every time we add an mp3 file, it is added to the default Music folder, every time you upload a new image, it is added to the default one Photography folder and when we download something from the web, it is automatically saved in the download for free binder.
These folders are optimized before being shown to users, regardless of whether they are in thumbnail view or not. When the size of folders increases, no matter if your processor is modern or if your RAM has huge capacity, they take time to open. This is mainly the case with the Downloads folder which treats each file as an image and starts processing it. This leaves other files that are not of the non-optimized image type.

STEPS TO ATTACH SLOW LOADING WINDOWS FOLDERS
1 STEP
First, you'll need to find the folder that takes a long time to load. Right click on the folder and find the called option Ownership (edit) it seems to be over.
I chose the folder Download.
2 STEP
In the window that appears, you will find several options at the top. Outside of this, choose the call option Customize.
PHASE 3
You will find an option under it called Optimize this folder for. In the drop-down menu just below, choose the option General articles.
PHASE 4
Now click on the box just before. Apply this template to all subfolders as well.
Click on Request button and press all right.
