Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, Darth Maul may be present

Author and references

We all look forward to news and especially a release date of  Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, but a new rumor suggests that the iconic villain may be present in the game Darth Maul.

Although many of the details of the story of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor are shrouded in mystery, the developers of Respawn Entertainment have described the game as obscure, however we do not yet know what to expect from the plot that will revolve around the video game.

After the appearance of Darth Vader in the final stages of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, it appears that Darth Maul he could be the next Star Wars villain to appear in this videogame saga. This rumor was circulated by a video game industry insider named Nick Baker, who in the past has proved to be a fairly reliable source.

In the last episode of XboxEra Podcast, Baker said he heard rumors that Darth Maul would play a role in the events of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. Baker added that he heard about all of this well over a year ago, so that means the project may have undergone some changes since then.

Letting us go in bar predictions, Darth Maul could most likely appear in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor without causing continuity problems in the Star Wars universe, as according to the game's setting within the Star Wars timeline, Darth Maul he is still alive and in the process of founding the great criminal alliance.

Although years later he will clash in a battle with Obi-Wan, his story could surely cross with that of Cal Kestis during the events of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. Obviously we remind you that these are only rumors and that nothing has been confirmed, so take these rumors as mere speculations.

In the meantime, if curiosity assails you, it is possible by clicking on this link to view the teaser trailer of the video game and read some more news about it, happy reading.
