Although Capcom has not yet expressed itself on the release date of Street Fighter 6, of the recent classifications may have anticipated that the release period of the title in question is imminent.
What we do know is that Street Fighter 6 will be released in an unspecified period of 2023, but a classification arrived from the Korean Rating Board could lead us to think that the release date is closer than expected.
Although this evaluation does not indicate a release date, every time a video game begins to receive classifications it is because the development of the title in question is nearing completion or because, more optimistically, the release date is imminent.
Obviously these are mere speculations and we will have to wait for official news from Capcom, which could arrive at The Game Awards. The event in question will be held there'8 December and it could in all respects be the perfect scenario to reveal the release date of Street Fighter 6.
What we know for sure is that Street Fighter 6 will be released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S and that it will be the first installment of the series without the supervision of Yoshinori Ono, who left Capcom in 2020. We also know that Street Fighter 6 will introduce several new characters including Jamie, JP, Kimberly, Lily, Manon and Marisa.
