
It is a well known fact that outdated device drivers can cause errors on the Windows system. Method 1: updating the video driver
Step 1: To go Home and write Device administrator in the search field.
Step 2: Now, left click on the result to open the file Device administrator window.
Step 3: A Device administrator window, go to Video cards section and expand it.
Now, right-click on the file Intel graphics controller and select Update Driver.

Step 5: If an update is available, Windows will display the name or list to select from. Follow the instructions below to complete the driver update. Now restart your PC and you should no longer see the error.

Method 2: installing the driver by yourself
Before proceeding with manual driver installation, you should first check your Intel graphics card model and then, based on that information, search for the driver on the Intel official website. First of all, you need to disable the Internet and then uninstall the video driver. When finished, restart your computer to follow the instructions below to manually install the display driver.
How to check your graphics card model
Step 1: Navigate to Home and in the Windows search field, type dxDiag.
Step 2: Now, click on the result to open the file DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
Step 3: A DirectX Diagnostic Tool window, go to Screen tab and below Device, check Your name.
Now that you know your graphics card model, proceed with the manual installation of your driver.
How to manually install the graphics driver
Step 1: Click the link below to open Intel's official page to download device drivers:

A Driver e software section, go to View by product field and select your product from the drop-down menu. You will need to make a selection based on yours Generation of Intel processors.

Step 2: Or you can choose to go to Filtered by and select the download according to yours OS. For example, if it is a model of Windows 10 32-bit / 64-bit or Windows 8 32-bit / 64-bit, etc.

Step 3: On the next page, go back to View by product and this time select the file Intel graphics card model from the drop-down menu using the procedure as explained above.
Phase 4: Or you can choose to go to Filtered by and select the download according to yours OS. For example, if it is a model of Windows 10 32-bit / 64-bit or Windows 8 32-bit / 64-bit, etc.
Step 5: Now, select the controller from the list, preferably the first in the most recently published list.
Step 6: Then on the left side of the panel, below Downloads availableclick here download depending on whether you want to download the file .exe file wave zip file.
Once downloaded, proceed with the setup and once the installation is complete, restart your PC and the error will disappear. However, if the error persists then try the next method.
Method 4: reset the controller
Step 1: To go Home and write Device administrator in the search field.
Step 2: Now, left click on the result to open the file Device administrator window.
Step 3: A Device administrator window, go to Video cards and expand it.
Now, right click on the Intel Graphics Controller and select Property from the menu.
4 phase: A Property window, go to driver tab and click Recoil controller button.
Step 5: The driver package rollback will open with a list of options. Select the appropriate option and click Yup.
Wait for the process to complete. When finished, restart your computer for the changes to take effect. Now try to open the files and you should no longer see the error.
