
Windows 10 users have reported a strange lagging issue where they see the on-screen keyboard or touchscreen appear on the login screen. Apparently, keyboards can also appear out of nowhere when you open many windows at once or whenever you install a new application or driver.
If you recently installed an app or driver, you can try uninstalling it and restarting your PC to see if the problem is gone. If the problem persists, you can try one of the three methods below. Let's see how to solve this problem.
Method 1: using the settings app
Step 1: Click on Home on the desktop and select settings in the context menu, located above the file energia option.
Step 2: A settings window, click Ease of access.
Step 3: In the next window, on the left side, click Keyboardand on the right side of the panel, go to Use your device without a physical keyboard. Disable option - Use the on-screen keyboard.
This should fix your problem, however if you still see the keyboard appear when you log in then try the second method.
Method 2: via the on-screen keyboard options
Step 1: press the Tasto Windows + R together on the keyboard to open the file run box. Now Write osk in the search field and press Log in. This will open the file On-screen keyboard.
Step 2: On him On-screen keyboardclick here Choices button at the bottom right.
Step 3: A Choices window, click the hyperlink - Check if the on-screen keyboard starts up when I log in, downward.
4 phase: In the next window that opens, go to Write with a pointing device section and uncheck the box next to Use the on-screen keyboard. Click on To apply and so ok.
Step 5: Again, go back to Choices window and click ok. Now close the file On-screen keyboard.
Now restart your PC and the on-screen keyboard issue should be resolved. If the problem persists, try the third method.
Method 3: via services
Step 1: Click on Home at the desk and type Services in the search field. Now, right click on the result and select Run as administrator.
Step 2: A Services window, on the right side, under the Nomi column, scroll down and find Touch keyboard and handwriting panel service. Double click on it to open the file Property window.
Step 3: A Property window under the general tab, go to To boot write section and set it to Disabled. Click on To apply and so ok to save changes and exit.
Now restart your PC and the onscreen keyboard / touchscreen should not appear when you log in.
