Sometimes it happens that the printer job gets stuck in the queue and even if you click Cancel Document, it does nothing. This is a quick fix to the problem of stuck documents on your Windows 10 PC.

First of all go to Control Panel> Hardware and Sound> Printers
Click the printer icon and see if there are any documents in the queue.
Now if nothing happens even after clicking Cancel option repeatedly, just follow the steps below.
Step 1# First turn off the printer
Step 2 # Now press Tasto Windows + R and paste services.msc In that.
Step 3 # Now in the list of services provided, search for the term Print spooler In that.
Step 4 # Right-click on it and click Stop.
Step 5 # Now go Control Panel> Hardware and Sound> Printers
Click the printer icon and cancel the queued document.
It will be easily deleted.
Step 6 # Now go to Print spooler described in step 3 and restart it.
You are ready. Now go and start printing and it won't give you any problems.
