Can't access files or folders on your computer? Don't worry, follow these solutions and the problem will be solved very soon. This problem usually occurs due to permissions or ownership issues of the particular file / folder. Changing permissions or taking ownership of files / folders will help you solve this problem.
Fix-1 Make sure the folder is not protected with encryption-
Check if the data in the folder is protected with encryption.
1. The right mouse button on the problematic file / folder and then click on "Property“To open his properties.

Now, you (the account you selected) will have full control of the file / folder. You can easily change the folder.
Fix-3 Give your account full control of the file-
By changing the folder permission, you can have full control over the problem folder.
1. In the beginning, the right mouse button in the file, then click "Property".

4. Now, from the list, select a username from the 'Groups or usernames:' list.

You may not be able to change some files / folders if you are not using an administrative account.
