Can't access files or folders on your computer? Don't worry, follow these solutions and the problem will be solved very soon. Fix-1 Make sure the folder is not protected with encryption-
Check if the data in the folder is protected with encryption.

Fix-3 Give your account full control of the file-
By changing the folder permission, you can have full control over the problem folder.
