Fix: 1 change of permissions of the problem folder
Changing the permissions of the problem folder will definitely fix this problem.
1. In the beginning, what you should do is the right mouse button in the folder that cannot be changed.
2. Now click on "Ownership (edit)".
3. In the Properties (edit) window, go to "Safety“tab.
4. In the Security tab, click "Insert…”To change permissions.

Close Window system symbol after running the command.
You should be able to easily open the folder on your computer. The error will be corrected.
Solution 3: give everyone permission
It is possible that the folder you are trying to access does not have sufficient user access.

2. When File Explorer opens, navigate to the location of the file / folder.
